Vestal Corporation is pleased to announce our newest Civil Team Member, Gregory Kiaer, PE, as Senior Civil Engineer. “Greg has over 35 years of civil engineering experience specializing in Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design and Analysis. His expertise will be very beneficial to Vestal and our clients to facilitate large scale site developments as he has recently worked for the United States Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District providing River analysis, flood risk management for the Mississippi and Little Blue Rivers in Missouri.  Additionally, he worked for the USACE Buffalo District as a member of the Great Lakes Adaptive Management Committee in support of the Great Lakes Regulation Plan, evaluating regulations, operational, economic and coastal resilience plans & strategies, working in conjunction with the Canadian water management teams.”  Welcome, Greg!
