PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project included the addition of Master Craft Brewery Unit for production of 350,000 BBL’s of craft brand capacity to CVL, add 300,000 BBL’s of dry hopped brands including – 60 HL yeast brinks, 1,800 HL CCT’s, convert 4 existing lager tanks to multi-function service, 3 clarifying centrifuges, polishing centrifuge and spent yeast handling system.
