TG Missouri is a manufacturer of auto parts including back door garnishes, side moldings, bumper moldings, duct quarter vents, and chrome trim parts. The 100,000 sqft. addition to a fully operational facility was built in two phases. The project included a 50,000 sqft. pre-engineered building for storage and a 50,000 sqft. structural steel building with a membrane roof for additional manufacturing area.

56,500 sqft tilt-up Industrial Laundry Facility with mezzanine, 1st and 2nd floor offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms and meeting rooms. The industrial laundry facility contained 4 industrial washing machines, industrial gas dryers, steaming tunnel, shipping, and receiving, overhead superstack cranes and miles of garment overhead conveying and sorting equipment. The project was completed under a design build delivery method.

Vestal created demo drawings, sized and selected all new pumps, fans, dehumidification equipment, cooling coils, heat exchangers, natural gas piping, ammonia piping, and steam/condensate piping. Steam Stress Analysis and 3D Laser Scanning of existing distillery fermentation process in preparation for major optimization and production expansion. Vestal’s BIM Team performed full 360 degree Scans and developed models that included adding Mash and Fermentation Tanks into a very high-hazard restricted process floor. Vestal used LiDAR Laser Scanners and Autodesk ReCap Pro for collecting and processing data.

Project Description:
New Production Facility located in the interior of a fully operational brewery. $100 million investment in sustainability project to recapture protein from spent grains and turn it into a useable product. Project includes the renovation of multiple existing buildings, new buildings, process equipment, extensive pipe racking, and the addition of specialized equipment to process the feed stocks.
Project design included process piping, pipe bridges, electrical bridges, underground utilities, tank farm, process containment, equipment and access platforms between multiple existing and new buildings, and spray dryer support utilities in an operating facility.

The project includes one hybrid and one general operating room, 11 patient prep-recovery spaces, patient, staff, and surgical support spaces. The facility is designed with Tuscan design elements to be harmonious with the Yuma community.
